How long we keep your data
We retain enquiry and consultation records for up to three years. Data processed in connection with ongoing bookkeeping services is retained in accordance with HMRC requirements (typically six years). Anonymised analytics data is retained by Google for up to 14 months.
Sharing your information
We share your personal data only where necessary: with Squarespace (our website platform), Google (for Analytics, only after consent), and any scheduling software integrated with our booking system. All processors are subject to data processing agreements. We do not transfer your data outside the UK or European Economic Area.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations); object to processing based on legitimate interests; withdraw consent at any time where processing is consent-based; and lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
